Conference fees

** 130€ for 5 nights including breakfast. 50 rooms available only, on a first come first served basis.

The regular registration fee includes:

Access to all conference and poster sessions, participant folder with conference materials, welcome party, coffee breaks and lunches.

Conference dinner: 60€

Methods of Payment:

In the case of payment via credit cards your registration will be valid after your card is successfully charged.
In the case of a payment via a bank transaction, your registration will be considered valid once the bank transaction receipt is sucessfully sent.

Important notice: during the registration process do not check the box "I work in an CNRS Unit." even if you are working in a CNRS unit. Don't ask.

1. Credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard):

Important notice: If you decide to pay your registration fees by credit card, make sure to complete your payment once you have reached the credit card payment module (you will not be able to go back to this page later). In case of problem, please ask the Congress Office (h2ase2016@sciencesconf.org) to delete your registration and start again.

2. Bank transfer in Euro (€):

The name of the person must be the same as that used in the online registration form below.

Please send a copy of the bank transfer to h2ase2016@sciencesconf.org.

Please mention "free of charge for the receiving account" on all payments. The organizers will not cover bank charges. All costs have to be covered by the ordering customer.

For CNRS employees only, the division code is 0472.

Cancellation of registration

Cancellation of registration must be made in writing, by email to the Congress Office (h2ase2016@sciencesconf.org).
